FIFTH PHILIPPINE TOY-CON 2006 BREAKS GROUND AGAIN IN THE PHILIPPINE HOBBY WORLD

The Cosplay Event and other minor events deserve its separate page due to the tremendous amount of enthusiasts who participated in the event (photos......that's what it all means.... but it not possible to load them up all here....you may have to check out the Forums for more photos).

Now before dealing with the main Cosplay event, a "small beauty" contest was held prior to the group competion on the Cosplay, which was participated by the ladies who manning the exhibits, hence calling the contest "Booth Babes," thus filling the stage with pretty young ladies who got a break from their all-day work in their respective exhibits and got a piece of the limelight at the centerstage. Too bad the camera got only two of them (good thing it was able to catch a nice shot of the winner!!!!). If you have read the first page, it was already revealed there that the winner is the lady manning the booth of E-games. nevertheless, all booth babes are surefire eye-catchers (especially if you are going to ask the collectors........)

Now here's what everyone has been waiting for...... the COS Play Event!!!!!! Sorry to keep everyone waiting, but I guess it was worth your wait!!! Before drooling and poring through the photos in this page (and at the forums), it is worth discussing the highlights of the ToyCon COSPlay on the following pages.....

The COSPlay Event was divided into two categories, the Individual COSPlay Competition and the Group COSPlay Competition. Each event was separately held on the two ToyCon days (otherwise they will eat up the entire ToyCon if it was held on just one day......)

Featured here is the Individual CosPlay Winner Stephanie Go as May of Guilty Gear, who gave us a very striking pose on those two days of the competition. A pretty face herself aside from the winning costume and pose, she sure is a crowd drawer and a fresh face to look forward to in future COSPlay events!

Who could miss up a Toycon COSPlay event without being enchanted by the mystifying presence of of Miss Alodia? Better luck next time you did!!! She's still at the competition together with other fellow kick-ass COSPlayers in the group category event (just look at how striking her companion is on the pic, I'm not so sure though if she's a relative, but I'm sure that she is part of the her group...... ). I would like to personally thank her for the backdoor poses even if she appears to be so tired and would look forward to her visit in this webpage :-)
